With 25+ years in northern Colorado, I've built youth sports programs and the P2P Sports Event Center (sale pending). As a Realtor, I've connected with coaches, officials, parents, and families. No matter the profession, it’s clear, the most important part of our lives are relationships and the willingness to help others.

My father was involved in construction as a drywaller!…, for 57 years, and as a young child, I was blessed to work alongside of him until the completion of my graduate degree. He taught me the kindness, and efforts of treating a home “as if it was your own”. As he passed, January 4, 2025, I’m blessed to remember his legacy and carry his pride towards doing the little things, honesty, and transparency helping others.

My specialties include knowledge about the northern Colorado area regarding activities, schools, and sports, helping sport families find a home. My experience also in the construction and remodeling side of Real Estate allows sellers to evaluate potential upgrades for higher sale value, and new buyers to customize their homes upon purchasing. I know the housing market, from the small attention to details most even don’t recognize on a simple walk-thru, showing as a buyer, or preparation oversights from those selling.

Most realtors just want any business, but I truly care about building honest relationships and working with people who value everyone involved in real estate.
